At Aipas, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for your next adventure; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Securely pack your sports equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
